  1、Technology description
  This technology is a desulfurization technology after combustion  technology, which has the characteristics of high desulfurization efficiency, low tail gas emission concentration, stable operation and good economic benefits of reused materials.
  2、Principle introduction
  1)Using soda ash or caustic soda as desulfurizer, reacts with SO2 in the flue gas, then, we can get by-product sodium sulfite.
  2)SO2 in the flue gas reacts with soda to be removed, and the generated sodium sulfite is processed by centrifuge, dryer, finally, packaged as the finished product.
  3、 Technology advantages
  1)Due to the strong alkalinity of soda ash and caustic soda, so the desulfurization efficiency of this technology is high. SO2 concentration in tail gas is very low for emissions.
  2)The by-product of anhydrous sodium sulfite has high economic value and good market. Both environmental and economic benefits have been achieved.
  3)This technology can be applied to a wide range of tail gas containing sulfur dioxide, such as sulfuric acid tail gas, smelting tail gas, boiler tail gas, coking tail gas, etc.
  4、Tail gas emission index after desulfurization: SO2 emission concentration is less than 10-50mg / Nm3.
